Grilbond IL-6
Products Introduction Grilbond IL-6 is a self-research product of our company, which mainly consists of diphenylmethane diisocyanate enclosed by caprolactam. Used to improve the adhesive force of polyester cord, EP canvas and rubber, itmanufactures tires skeleton with powerful materials, low tensile rate, comfortable sitting, high security.
Grilbond IL-6 is a new accelerator of adhesive force. In normal temperature it has sound stability; In high temperature it could activate polyester cord. Skeleton materials of adhesive force of processed skeleton and EP canvas could meet the requirements of rubber products; It could reduce effectively the surface tension of fibre and improve the fibre surfactivity. In the adhesive process of polyester cord and rubber, the Grilbond IL-6 solves the problems of traditional tyre fabrics gumming craft, less binding power of polyester cord and rubber and unfriendly-environmental activator. In addition, its low unbind temperature and nonhazardous in use make it possible to use adhesive in a safe condition, which is environment friendly water adhesive force activator. Grilbond IL-6 corresponds to the materialized performance index of the foreign like product, and is moderate in price, easy to use!
